We lend up to 60% of valuation against properties in London within zones 1 to 6, with a minimum loan size of £2 million. We take a first legal charge over the property which must be an investment property. We consider applications from individuals, trusts, and offshore investment vehicles.

We lend against commercial properties across all of England, offering loans up to 60% of valuation with a minimum loan amount of £5 million.
We are happy to consider applications from owners of industrial, office, mixed use, and leisure properties where there is a tenant in the property. We will also consider accommodation businesses, such as hotels and student property, and property operating businesses, such as self-storage facilities, where there is a future income stream.
