Ross joined the Bank as Deputy Chief Operating Officer (COO) and was promoted to COO in November 2024. Ross holds overall responsibility for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank’s first-line controls and operational infrastructure and has implemented Operational Risk and Compliance Frameworks at the Bank, including the implementation, and embedding of a GRC tool.
With over 30 years of experience across Operational Risk Management and Compliance, Banking operations and Information Security oversight functions, Ross brings a wealth of knowledge to BACB and has previously led multi-million dollar projects at global institutions such as Nomura International, The Bank of London and Lehman Brothers International.
