Isabella was appointed Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at BACB in 2022.
She is responsible for guiding our business growth strategy from a risk management perspective, allowing us to deliver on the Bank’s efficiency and resilience agenda.
Previously CRO for Homes England, Isabella brings diverse experience across international banking, enterprise risk management, governmental organisations, and the UK real estate sector. Prior to that, she was head of HSBC’s Global Banking and Markets Loan Management Unit and has held a Non-Executive Director position at Sayers the Bakers.
