Eid-al-Fitr, or the ‘Feast of Breaking the Fast’ is a Muslim festival which celebrates the end of Ramadan, a month of dawn to dusk fasting. BACB commemorated the occasion by inviting its employees to a buffet lunch at their London headquarters. The event took place from 12:30 to 2 pm on Wednesday 28 June, the day of the festival, and was catered by Ayam Zaman, a Damascene cuisine restaurant. It was very well attended and everyone enjoyed the meal in the spirit of Eid.
