Risk Service Design

Job Summary

This is a short-term role to work with the risk team and key stakeholders to bring a digital mindset to support the planning and delivery of a discovery-style exercise to help the risk team to articulate the services the risk team provides and to connect this to the risk management framework to develop design principles for risk management going forward.

Key Work Outputs and Accountabilities

• Service articulation for risk; what services are provided and how
• Gaps and misalignment in provision identified
• Design principles for applying risk management developed aligned to the risk management framework
• SLAs/KPIs/OKRs developed for the risk team as required
• Identification of future discoveries/further areas of focus as necessary

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of service design and development of design principles
• Experience of designing and delivering discovery type exercises
• Experience of developing SLAs/KPIs/OKRs
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
• An understanding of trade/trade finance, banking, risk management, regulated industries desirable
